Welcome to JukeCity. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or participating in any of our programs.

By using the JukeCity website or participating in any of our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our website or participate in our programs.

Our programs are open to male and female soccer players of advanced skill levels born between 2010 and 2012. Parents or legal guardians must sign a waiver form for participants as they are under the age of 18.

Participants must register online and pay the applicable fees in advance. Payment is due in full before the start of the program. We accept payment by cash or Venmo.

Participants may cancel their registration up to 24 hours before the start of the program and receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the start of the program will not be eligible for a refund. In the event that JukeCity cancels a program, participants will receive a full refund.

Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner at all times. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the program without a refund.

Participants and their parents or legal guardians agree to waive any and all claims against JukeCity and its coaches, employees, and agents for any injuries or damages that may occur during participation in our programs.

All content on the JukeCity website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of JukeCity and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any of our content without our express written permission.

JukeCity makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding our programs or website, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that our programs or website will be error-free or uninterrupted.

JukeCity will not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or participation in our programs, including but not limited to any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

JukeCity reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website or participation in our programs after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
